Your Contact Lens Care
("Total Lens Care")
Contact lenses are medical devices that require ongoing care. Your contact lens evaluation includes checking your vision for accuracy with your contact lenses and evaluating the health of your cornea. It is important to make sure that your contact lens wear has not caused any change in the health of your cornea. In checking your vision for any prescription change, we also calculate, and make, any change needed in your contact lens prescription. We want to be sure that you continue to enjoy the vision and comfort that a well-fit contact lens provides. This is not part of your routine comprehensive eye exam and is usually not covered by any insurance plan.
You will not be charged any fee for routine contact lens care for the next twelve months.
As a contact lens patient in our practice, you will receive a credit of $60 toward spectacle lenses when you purchase a completely new pair of glasses. (This credit only applies when you purchase a new frame at the same time as the lenses for the frame.)*
